The Graduate Development Network was launched in May 2008, hosted by Barclays Bank in Canary Wharf. It was created to provide Graduate Development Managers specifically with the opportunity to share best practice amongst their peers.
The group meets three times a year to discuss the challenges and successes we all face in the development and retention of graduates.
The network has grown over the last year with a variety of companies meeting from a cross section of industries. Our meetings are free to attend and kindly hosted each time by a company in our network, it provides everyone with quality time to discuss current challenges, share case studies and compile and produce surveys.
